RECRUITMENT FOR LABOR EXPORT TO HUNGARY - CLOTHING SORTING AND PACKAGING VACANCIES

1. Selection Criteria

• Physical Requirements & Experience:

  • Male: Height from 1m60 or above, weight from 50 kg or above.

  • Female: Height from 1m55 or above, weight from 48 kg or above.

  • Age: Between 18 and 55 years old.

  • Must have prior experience in garment production or product packaging, alongside strong organizational discipline. Married couples applying together are highly preferred.

• Health & Background Status:

  • Must be in good overall health with good eyesight.

  • Free from illnesses and conditions such as Hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis, venereal diseases, or a medical history of brain/heart conditions, chronic illnesses, or bone and joint disorders.

  • No tattoos, no facial cosmetic alterations, and no criminal record or prior convictions.

  • Candidates who have previously been denied a European visa or deported from any European country are not eligible.

3. Working Conditions & Departure Fees

• Contract Term: 02 (two) years, renewable subject to applicable regulations.

• Working Hours: 05 days per week.

• Airfare: The employer provides the outbound airfare and the return airfare upon completion of the employment contract.

• Accommodation & Transportation: Free accommodation and commuting transportation are arranged for workers. Food and meals are to be self-funded by the workers.

• Departure Fee: In accordance with Company regulations.

4. Interview Schedule, Required Documents & Deployment Timeline

• Interview Schedule: Continuous online recruitment interviews via Zoom will take place from June 10 to June 17, 2021.

• Required Documents:

  • Original passport (must be valid for more than 3 years).

  • Criminal Record Certificate No. 2 (Lý lịch tư pháp số 02).

  • Relevant diplomas and certificates.

  • 8 color passport photos (4x6 cm) with a white background, wearing dark-colored clothing.

  • Medical examination report and personal profile dossier as instructed by the company.

• Important Note: Workers must undergo screening tests for Hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, and pulmonary tuberculosis prior to participating in the recruitment interviews.

• Expected Deployment: Approximately 4 months from the date the worker completes and submits all required documents.

• Financial Support: The company provides full documentation and guidance for workers who wish to apply for bank loans to fund their labor export expenses.
