Nibelc Group is recruiting workers for employment in Croatia

International Labor Supply and Construction Joint Stock Company (NIBELC), operating under Overseas Labor Service License No. 1019/LĐTBXH-GP (re-issued on March 22, 2018), is recruiting workers for employment in Croatia with the following criteria:

1. Selection Criteria:

• Gender: Male; Height: 1.65m or taller; Weight: 55kg or more; Age: 20 to 45 years old. Candidates must possess professional skills and work experience as required.

• Priority will be given to candidates with previous overseas work experience.

• Health Requirements: Excellent health and vision. Candidates must be free from the following conditions: Hepatitis A, B, or C; HIV; pulmonary tuberculosis; syphilis; venereal diseases; history of brain or heart diseases; chronic illnesses; or bone and joint disorders.

• Other Requirements: No tattoos; no criminal record; no facial cosmetic surgery.

3. Working Conditions and Deployment Fees:

• Contract Term: 02 (two) years, renewable in accordance with regulations.

• Basic Working Hours: 08 hours per day; 06 days per week. Overtime is subject to the factory's regulations.

• Airfare: The employer shall provide a return air ticket upon the completion of the contract and the employee's return to their home country.

• Accommodation and Meals: Workers shall be provided with free accommodation and complimentary meals during their work shifts.

• Deployment Fees: In accordance with the Company’s regulations.

4. Recruitment Schedule, Documentation, and Departure Timeline:

• Recruitment Schedule: Application acceptance begins on March 02, 2022. Candidates are required to submit a completed registration form before being scheduled for an online interview.

• For Skilled Positions: Candidates must undergo a skill assessment via a 3–5 minute video, which must be submitted to the Company prior to the interview date.

• Required Documents: Original passport (must be valid for at least 3 years), Judicial Record No. 02, relevant diplomas and certificates, 08 color photographs (4x6 cm) with a white background and dark-colored attire, medical examination report, and personal resume as per the Company’s instructions.

• Note: Candidates must undergo preliminary testing for Hepatitis A, B, and C, HIV, and pulmonary tuberculosis prior to participating in the recruitment process.

• Estimated Departure: Approximately 3 to 4 months from the date the candidate completes all required documentation.

• Financial Support: The Company shall provide all necessary documentation and guidance for candidates to apply for bank loans for overseas labor export, should they require financial assistance.
