Basic salary: Workers at the factory may receive a basic salary ranging from €950 to €1,200 per month, depending on the position.
Overtime pay: Overtime work is paid at a higher rate, allowing workers to increase their monthly income to approximately €1,100–€1,500, depending on the position.
