NIBELC is currently recruiting 65 Foremen and Skilled Workers to work for Penta-Ocean Construction (Japan) in Madagascar (East Africa) with the following requirements:
1. Selection Criteria:

Construction Workers (Male): Only candidates with proven experience in the relevant trade who have completed a 3-year Technical Intern Training (TIT) program in Japan are eligible.

Foremen (Male): Only candidates with proven experience in the relevant trade who have completed a 3-year TIT program in Japan—specifically those who previously participated in the Nibelc-Mukai training program—are eligible.

Health and Conduct Requirements:

Must be in good physical health with good vision.

Must not be infected with: Hepatitis A, B, or C; HIV; Pulmonary Tuberculosis; Syphilis; or Venereal diseases.

No history of: Brain or heart diseases, chronic illnesses, or bone and joint conditions.

No criminal record or prior convictions.

3. Working Conditions and Deployment Costs

Contract Duration: 02 (two) years, renewable as per regulations (The project is estimated to last 4 years).

The Employer provides round-trip airfare.

The Employer provides accommodation, meals, uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), insurance, and taxes as per regulations.

Deployment costs: In accordance with Company regulations.
4. Recruitment Schedule, Required Documents, and Deployment Timeline
Recruitment Schedule: Application acceptance begins on March 07, 2022. Candidates are required to submit a Certificate of Employment (confirming 3 years as a Technical Intern in Japan) and a CV to the Company.
