- Male and female applicants who have graduated from high school or higher; aged from 18 to 25.
- Applicants must be in good health and meet the required conditions for studying and working, with no infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, HIV, gonorrhea, syphilis, pulmonary tuberculosis, etc.;

- High school graduation diploma and high school transcript
- Expected departure: 3–4 months from the date the student completes the required application documents.
- The company will provide all necessary documents and guide students through bank loan procedures if they wish to apply for financial support.
