International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company (NIBELC), holding Labor Outsourcing Service License No. 01/2022/SNB, is authorized to provide labor outsourcing services, as well as supply and manage domestic human resources.
NIBELC is currently recruiting 3,000 workers for electronic component assembly positions at the LG Display factory located in Trang Due Industrial Park, Hai Phong, with the following standards and conditions:
1. Number of vacancies: 3,000 workers
2. Selection Requirements:
- Gender: Female
- Age: From 18 to 35; job duties include inspection, assembly, and production of mobile phone screens.
- Priority will be given to workers with prior experience in electronic component assembly.
- Applicants must be in good health and meet the required working conditions.
3. Job Description:
- Electronic component assembly
- Working hours: 12 hours/day; 2 shifts and 3 teams, working 4 days and taking 2 days off. Day shift: from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM; night shift: from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Shifts rotate weekly between day and night shifts, or by day-shift and night-shift teams.
- Probation period: 1 month, with 85% of the salary paid.
- Social insurance and health insurance will be provided in accordance with regulations after the probation period.
- Overtime pay will be calculated in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Clean, air-conditioned, and safe working environment.
4. Benefits and Compensation:
- Job allowance: 500,000 VND
- Transportation allowance: 400,000 VND
- Attendance allowance: 200,000 VND
- Inspection certificate allowance: 200,000 VND
- Basic salary: 5,590,000 VND
- Total income: 12,000,000
- Accommodation search support will be provided for workers. Housing costs shall be paid by the workers themselves, ranging from 1,500,000 VND to 2,000,000 VND per room per month, with 2–3 people allowed per room.

- Self-declared curriculum vitae with a 4×6 photo attached, certified and stamped by the local authority of the applicant’s place of residence or by the agency/organization where the applicant is working at the time of submission;
- Health certificate issued within 06 months by a competent medical authority;
- Birth certificate (notarized copy);
- Household registration book (notarized copy);
- Citizen identification card/identity card (notarized copy).
