Recruitment Notice for Technical Intern Trainees to Undergo Training in Japan

RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR TECHNICAL INTERN TRAINEES TO UNDERGO TRAINING IN JAPAN

International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company - NIBELC, holding License No. 301/LDTBXH-GP for the service of sending workers to work abroad (newly renewed), issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on January 16, 2012, needs to recruit technical intern trainees to undergo training in Japan with the following details:

1. Occupations to be recruited and salary/income:

(After completing the first-stage internship period (the first 3 months), trainees will receive the second-stage trainee salary and will be eligible for overtime work.)

2. Recruitment Requirements

• Male, aged 23–40 (for skilled workers) and 25–35 (for engineers); in good health, with good morality and conduct. (Free from chronic diseases, infectious diseases, syphilis, physical deformities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, and pulmonary tuberculosis.)

• Candidates must undergo a medical examination and provide a health declaration before attending the preliminary selection test.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience related to the applied trade is required.

• For Engineer positions, candidates must:

  • Have basic Japanese communication skills.

  • Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Structural Engineering.

  • Be proficient in AutoCAD and CorelDRAW.

  • Possess practical construction experience.

  • Be capable of structural calculations.

  • Be proficient in reading and preparing structural drawings.

3. Contract Term

The internship period is 3 years.

4. Benefits for Trainees

• The employer provides a return air ticket upon completion of the 3-year internship period.

• The employer provides insurance and free medical care in accordance with Japanese law.

• The employer arranges accommodation and daily transportation to and from work.

• Uniforms and personal protective equipment are provided free of charge.

• Working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, with overtime opportunities available.

• Trainees are entitled to annual leave in accordance with Japanese labor law.

5. Selection and Training Process

• All applicants participating in the preliminary selection must complete and submit a Curriculum Vitae (CV) before July 16, 2012 for review by Japanese experts.

• The preliminary selection examination includes:

  • Trade skills test (practical skills assessment)

  • Mathematics test

  • Physical fitness test

  Japanese experts will conduct the examinations directly. Candidates must bring their medical examination results and identity card when attending the preliminary selection.

• Successful preliminary candidates must make a deposit of USD 1,000 on the preliminary selection date. This amount will be deducted from the departure fee. Only candidates who pass the preliminary selection may participate in the final recruitment examination.

• Candidates who pass the preliminary selection but fail the final recruitment examination will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.

• Candidates who pass the final recruitment examination but later withdraw, fail the comprehensive medical examination, or violate training regulations during the training period will forfeit the deposit.

• Advanced skills training fee: VND 150,000 per day.

• Trainees are provided with free meals and accommodation throughout the training period.

Preliminary Selection Examination: July 20, 2012

Final Recruitment Examination: September 14, 2012
