ANNOUNCEMENT: RECRUITMENT OF INTERNS FOR JAPAN – BATCH 9

The International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company - NIBELC, holding the (newly extended) License for Overseas Labor Supply Service No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on October 24, 2012, is recruiting interns to work in Japan with the following details:

1. Recruitment Occupations, Salary Levels, and Income:

(The above salary figures do not include taxes and insurance. After completing Phase 1 [the first month], interns will receive the Phase 2 salary rate; overtime work will be available from the 4th month onward.)

2. Recruitment Requirements:

• Gender & Age: Males, aged 22 – 32; must be in good health, possess good moral character and conduct. (Must not suffer from chronic or infectious diseases, syphilis, physical deformities, tattoos, Hepatitis A, B, or C, HIV, or pulmonary tuberculosis). Candidates must undergo a health check and self-certify their health status before attending the pre-qualification exam.

• Experience: Must have at least 02 years of experience related to the applied trade.

3. Contract Term:

• The internship duration is 03 years (starting from 2015, a 5-year duration may apply in accordance with Japan's new policy).

4. Intern Benefits:

• Airfare: The employer will provide round-trip air tickets between Vietnam and Japan upon completion of the contract.

• Insurance: The employer will provide insurance and free medical care in accordance with Japanese laws.

• Accommodations & Equipment: The employer will arrange accommodations and provide free uniforms and labor protection equipment.

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week. Overtime is available, and interns are entitled to paid leave according to Japanese labor laws.

5. Selection & Training Process:

• CV Submission: All candidates participating in the pre-qualification round must complete their curriculum vitae (CV) by December 16, 2014, at the latest, for the company's screening. Initial application documents include: A resume with a photo attached, a birth certificate, and a comprehensive health examination report.

• Pre-qualification Exam: Testing includes trade skills (practical test), math, and physical fitness tests, directly administered by Japanese experts. Workers must bring their original ID card (National ID) and health examination results when attending the exam.

• Training Fees: Subject to company regulations.

• Pre-qualification Exam Date: December 18, 2014

• Official Exam Date: January 24 – 25, 2015

• Official Enrollment Date: February 26, 2015
