ANNOUNCEMENT: RECRUITMENT OF TECHNICAL INTERNS

FOR JAPAN COURSE 8 - BATCH 2

The International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company - NIBELC, holding the (newly extended) License for Overseas Labor Supply Service No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on October 24, 2012, is recruiting technical interns for Japan with the following details:

1. Recruitment Occupations, Salary Levels, and Income:

(Upon the completion of Phase 1 of the technical internship (the first 03 months), trainees will receive wages based on the Phase 2 technical intern salary scale and will be eligible for overtime pay.)

2. Recruitment Requirements:

• Gender & Age: Males, aged 22 – 32; must be in good health, possess good moral character and conduct. (Must not suffer from chronic or infectious diseases, syphilis, physical deformities, tattoos, Hepatitis A, B, or C, HIV, or pulmonary tuberculosis). Candidates must undergo a health examination and provide a health commitment prior to attending the pre-qualification round.

• Experience: A minimum of 02 years of experience related to the trade being applied for is required.

3. Contract Term:

• The training and internship duration is 03 years.

4. Trainee Benefits:

• Airfare: The employer will provide a return air ticket to Vietnam after the 03-year term.

• Insurance & Medical Care: The employer will provide insurance and free medical care in accordance with Japanese laws.

• Accommodations & Logistics: The employer will arrange housing and daily round-trip work transportation. Uniforms and labor protection equipment will be provided free of charge.

• Working Hours: 08 hours/day, 6 days/week. Overtime work is available, and workers are entitled to paid leave in accordance with Japanese labor laws.

5. Selection & Training Process:

• CV Submission: All candidates participating in the pre-qualification round must complete and submit their Curriculum Vitae (CV) no later than September 15, 2014, for prior screening by the Company. The advance application dossier must include: A resume (with photo attached), birth certificate, and a comprehensive general health examination report.

• Pre-qualification Examination: The pre-qualification test consists of the following sections: Trade skills (practical test), Mathematics, and a physical fitness evaluation. Japanese experts will directly administer and conduct the examinations. Workers must bring their health examination results and original National ID Card when participating in the pre-qualification round.

• Training Fees: Subject to the official regulations of the company.
