ANNOUNCEMENT: RECRUITMENT OF TECHNICAL INTERNS FOR JAPAN BATCH 8

The International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company - NIBELC, holding the (newly extended) License for Overseas Labor Supply Service No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on October 24, 2012, is recruiting technical interns to work in Japan with the following details:

1. Recruitment Occupations, Salary Levels, and Income:

(Upon completion of the Phase 1 internship (the first 03 months), Technical Interns will receive salaries in accordance with Phase 2 internship wage standards, with overtime pay included.)

2. Recruitment Requirements:

• Gender & Age: Males, aged 22 – 32; must be in good health, possess good moral character and conduct. (Must not suffer from chronic or infectious diseases, syphilis, physical deformities, tattoos, Hepatitis A, B, or C, HIV, or pulmonary tuberculosis). Candidates must undergo a health examination and provide a health commitment prior to attending the pre-qualification round.

• Experience: Must have at least 02 years of experience related to the trade applied for.

3. Contract Term:

• The technical internship duration is 03 years.

4. Technical Intern Benefits:

• Provided by the Employer:

  • A return air ticket to Vietnam after 03 years of service.

  • Free insurance and medical care in accordance with Japanese labor laws.

  • Shared accommodations and daily round-trip work transportation arranged by the company.

  • Free uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Working Hours: 08 hours/day, 6 days/week. Overtime hours are available, and interns are entitled to paid leave in accordance with Japanese labor laws.

5. Selection and Training Process:

• CV Submission: All candidates participating in the pre-qualification round must complete their Curriculum Vitae (CV) before September 1, 2014, for preliminary screening by the company. Initial application documents include: a notarized resume with a passport photo, birth certificate, and a comprehensive general health certificate.

• Pre-qualification Assessment: The assessment includes practical skills testing (trade-specific hands-on tasks), math, and physical fitness tests. Japanese experts will directly supervise and evaluate the assessment. Candidates must bring their original ID card and physical health examination results to the test.

• Training Fees: In accordance with the company's internal regulations.

• Pre-qualification Test Date: September 5, 2014

• Official Interview Dates: September 22-23, 2014

• Official Enrollment Date: October 1, 2014
