NOTICE OF RECRUITMENT FOR TECHNICAL INTERN TRAINEES TO JAPAN

COURSE 7 (3rd Intake)

(After completing the first-stage internship period (the first 3 months), trainees will receive the second-stage trainee salary and will be eligible for overtime pay.)

2. Recruitment Requirements:

• Male applicants, aged 20–32, with good health, good moral character, and good conduct. (Applicants must not suffer from chronic or infectious diseases, syphilis, physical disabilities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, or C, HIV/AIDS, or pulmonary tuberculosis.) Candidates must undergo a medical examination and commit to meeting the health requirements before attending the preliminary selection test.
• Applicants must have at least 2 years of work experience related to the occupation for which they are applying.

3. Contract Period

• The internship period is 3 years.

4. Benefits for Trainees:

• The employer will provide a return air ticket to Vietnam upon completion of the 3-year internship period.
• The employer will provide medical insurance, ensuring free medical care in accordance with Japanese law.
• The employer will arrange accommodation and daily transportation to and from the workplace. Uniforms and personal protective equipment will be provided free of charge.
• Working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days per week. Overtime work may be available, and trainees are entitled to paid leave in accordance with Japanese labor laws.

5. Selection and Training Process:

• All candidates participating in the preliminary screening must complete and submit a Curriculum Vitae (CV) before March 31, 2014, for prior review by Japanese specialists.
• Required documents for initial submission include: a résumé with photo attached, birth certificate, and general health examination certificate.
• The preliminary selection test consists of: trade skills assessment (practical skills test), mathematics test, and physical fitness test. Japanese specialists will conduct the evaluations directly. Applicants must bring their health examination results and identification card when attending the preliminary screening.
• Training fees: in accordance with the company's regulations.

6. Japanese Language Training:

• Continuous Japanese language training will be conducted at the 4th Floor, Rainbow Building, Lot 1B-CQ1, Van Quan New Urban Area, Ha Dong District, Hanoi.
• Classes are held from Monday to Friday each week.
