RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR TECHNICAL WORKERS TO WORK IN THE UAE FOR AL FUTTAIM GROUP
International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company - NIBELC, holding License No. 301/LDTBXH-GP for the service of sending workers to work abroad (newly renewed), issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on January 16, 2012, needs to recruit technical workers for AL FUTTAIM Group to work in the UAE with the following details:

Expected total income includes the basic salary plus 2 hours of overtime per day and 2 Fridays.
Recruitment Requirements:
Male, aged 20–45, in good health, with good morality and conduct. (Free from chronic diseases, infectious diseases, syphilis, physical deformities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, and pulmonary tuberculosis.) Candidates must undergo a health check before attending the recruitment examination. Good skills and English communication ability are required. Preference will be given to candidates with overseas work experience.
Foremen and supervisors must have good English skills, be able to understand English drawings, and possess strong practical skills.
2. Contract Term
A 2-year contract, extendable to 3–5 years depending on the employer’s requirements.
3. Employee Benefits:
Employees are provided with an outbound air ticket and a return air ticket after 2 years. Employees are entitled to paid leave equivalent to one month of basic salary for each year of service.
The employer provides insurance and free medical care in accordance with UAE law.
The employer provides meals, accommodation, and daily transportation to and from work. Uniforms and personal protective equipment are supplied free of charge. Employees are exempt from income tax in the UAE.
4. Costs:
As stated in the table above. The specific salary for each worker may be adjusted upward depending on skill level demonstrated during the recruitment examination, and the fee will be adjusted accordingly. Foremen, supervisors, and technicians are exempt from half of the service fee.
The above cost does not include translation fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, short-term vocational training before departure, uniforms, or contributions to the Overseas Employment Support Fund.
Successful candidates are required to make a deposit of VND 5,000,000, which will be deducted from the departure fee.
