RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR TECHNICAL WORKERS TO WORK IN THE U.A.E FOR GS–KUKJE GROUP (3RD RECRUITMENT ROUND)

International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company - NIBELC, holding License No. 301/LDTBXH-GP for the service of sending workers to work abroad (newly renewed), issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on January 16, 2012, needs to recruit the 3rd round of workers for the construction of an oil refinery and liquefied gas complex in Aburabi (UAE) – Contractor SG - KUKJE (Korea), with the following details:

1. Occupations to be recruited and salary/income:

(Basic salary is paid for 240 hours per month, including 4 Fridays off per month, which are still paid as regular working days. The expected total income includes the basic salary plus overtime pay on weekdays and Fridays.)

2. Recruitment Requirements

Male, aged 19–45, in good health, with good morality and conduct. (Free from chronic diseases, infectious diseases, syphilis, physical deformities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, and pulmonary tuberculosis.) Candidates must undergo a health check before attending the recruitment examination. Good technical skills are required. Preference will be given to candidates with overseas work experience.

Foremen must have good English communication skills, be able to understand English technical drawings, and possess strong practical skills.

3. Contract Term

A 2-year contract, extendable to 3–5 years depending on the employer’s requirements.

4. Employee Benefits

• Employees are provided with a return air ticket after completing 2 years of service.

• Employees are entitled to one month of fully paid annual leave for each year worked.

• The employer provides insurance and free medical care in accordance with UAE law.

• The employer provides accommodation, three meals per day, and daily transportation to and from work.

• Uniforms and personal protective equipment are supplied free of charge.

• The above salary is calculated based on 208 working hours per month.

• Working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, with continuous overtime opportunities available.

• Overtime is paid in accordance with UAE labor law.

• Employees are exempt from income tax in the UAE.

5. Costs

As stated in the table above. The specific salary for each worker may be adjusted upward depending on skill level demonstrated during the recruitment examination.

Foremen are exempt from 50% of the service fee.

The above costs include airfare but do not include translation fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, or short-term vocational training before departure.

Advanced skills and English training fee: VND 200,000 per day. Trainees are provided with free accommodation and meals throughout the training period.

Successful candidates are required to make a deposit of VND 5,000,000, which will be deducted from the departure fee.

Recruitment Schedule

Candidates must submit their CV, photographs, and educational certificates and attend advanced skills training beginning on July 30, 2012.
