RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR WORKERS TO WORK IN SAUDI ARABIA
NIBELC International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company, holding License No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP for providing overseas employment services, newly renewed and issued by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs on 24 October 2012, is seeking to recruit workers to work in Saudi Arabia for SK, a Korean construction and technology group:

2. Recruitment Requirements
Male candidates aged 22–45, in good health, with good moral character and conduct. Applicants must not suffer from chronic or infectious diseases, syphilis, physical deformities, tattoos, Hepatitis A, B, or C, HIV/AIDS, or tuberculosis. Candidates are required to undergo a medical examination before attending the recruitment test.
Applicants must possess the required qualifications and skills, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Candidates applying for Engineer and Foreman positions must be able to communicate in English and understand technical drawings. Salaries for Engineers and Foremen will be negotiated during the interview process.
Preference will be given to candidates with overseas working experience.
3. Contract Duration
- The employment contract is for 2 years, renewable subject to the employer’s requirements.
4. Employee Benefits
- Air tickets from Vietnam to Saudi Arabia and from Saudi Arabia back to Vietnam upon completion of the employment contract will be provided by the employer.
- The employer will provide insurance coverage and free medical care in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- The employer will provide three meals per day, accommodation, and daily transportation to and from the workplace. Uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be supplied free of charge.
5. Recruitment Fees
- Fees are as specified in the table above. Engineers and Foremen are exempt from 100% of the service fee.
- The actual salary for each trade category will be determined and adjusted according to the candidate’s skill level demonstrated during the recruitment test. The service fee will also be adjusted in line with the corresponding basic salary.
- The above fees do not include translation and notarization fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, or short-term vocational training costs prior to departure.
- Successful candidates are required to pay a deposit of VND 5,000,000, which will be deducted from the departure processing fee.
