Recruitment Notice for Trainees to Work at a Fashion Supermarket Chain in the UAE

RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR STAFF TO WORK AT A FASHION SUPERMARKET CHAIN IN THE UAE

International Construction and Labour Supply Joint Stock Company - NIBELC, holding License No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP for the service of sending Vietnamese workers to work overseas, newly renewed and issued by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs on October 24, 2012, needs to recruit sales staff for the premium fashion supplier SHARAF in the UAE with the following details:

2. Recruitment Requirements:

• Age: 21–28, in good health, with good moral character and conduct (free from chronic diseases, infectious diseases, syphilis, physical deformities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, and pulmonary tuberculosis); enthusiastic, dynamic, service-oriented, and interested in the fashion industry.
• Graduated from high school or higher, with good English communication skills and at least one year of experience in fashion retail sales or other service industries. A college degree or higher and overseas working experience are considered advantages.
• Applicants must undergo a medical examination before attending recruitment interviews or submitting application documents.

3. Contract Duration:

• Two-year contract, extendable to 3–5 years depending on the employer’s requirements.

4. Employee Benefits:

• The employer will provide an outbound air ticket and a return leave ticket after every two years of service. Employees are entitled to 30 days of fully paid annual leave for each year of service.
• The employer will provide insurance coverage and free medical care in accordance with UAE law.
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance bonuses.
• Free accommodation, supermarket uniforms, and personal protective equipment.
• Employment within the company’s retail system. Other conditions shall be governed by UAE law.
• Working hours: 8 hours per day on a shift basis, 6 days per week.
• Overtime will be paid in accordance with UAE labor law. Income tax exempt.
• Employees will receive advanced sales training and have opportunities for career advancement.

5. Estimated Costs Before Departure: USD 2,500.

• The above cost includes brokerage and overseas employment service fees.
• The cost does not include translation fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, orientation training, language and professional training before departure, uniforms, overseas employment support fund contributions, or transportation expenses.
• Successful candidates must pay a deposit of VND 5 million, which will be deducted from the departure fee.

6. Expected Recruitment Schedule:

• Recruitment interview: November 5, 2013 at the company’s Hanoi office.
• English training for retail sales and acceptance of registration documents and CVs (in English): from October 1, 2013.

​​​​​​​7. NIBELC Support Policies for Employees:

7.1 Training Support Policy:

• For short-term supplementary training at the Training Center (Ninh Binh Office), the company will subsidize 50% of the cost. Employees will contribute VND 100,000 per day. All trainees attending these supplementary courses will be provided with free accommodation and meals.

7.2 Other Support Policies:

• Assistance and consultation regarding loan procedures at banks and credit funds.
• After successful recruitment, the company will arrange transportation from the recruitment venue to the hospital for medical examinations.

When attending the recruitment interview, applicants must bring their ID card, two 4x6 cm color photographs with a white background, diplomas/certificates, and proof of work experience (if any).
