Recruitment Notice for Interns to Japan – Batch 6 (Phase 2)

(After completing the first internship phase (the first 3 months), trainees will receive the Phase 2 internship salary and will be eligible for overtime pay.)

2. Recruitment Requirements:

Male candidates aged 20–32; in good health, with good moral character and conduct. (Free from chronic diseases, infectious diseases, syphilis, physical deformities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, and pulmonary tuberculosis). Applicants must undergo a medical examination and commit to meeting health requirements before attending the pre-selection test. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience related to the occupation for which they are applying.

3. Contract Duration

Internship period: 3 years.

4. Benefits for Trainees:

The employer will provide a return air ticket after completion of the 3-year internship period.

The employer will provide insurance and free medical care in accordance with Japanese law.

The employer will arrange accommodation and daily transportation to and from the workplace. Uniforms and personal protective equipment will be provided free of charge.

Working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days per week. Overtime work is available and annual leave is provided in accordance with Japanese labor law.

5. Selection and Training Process:

All applicants participating in the pre-selection process must complete and submit a Curriculum Vitae (CV) before November 8, 2013 for review by Japanese experts. Initial application documents include: Curriculum Vitae with photo attached, Birth Certificate, and General Health Examination Certificate.

The pre-selection test includes: vocational skills test (practical trade skills), mathematics test, and physical fitness assessment. Japanese experts will conduct the evaluation directly. Applicants must bring their health examination results and Identity Card when attending the pre-selection test.

Official Recruitment Test: Only trainees who pass the pre-selection round will be eligible to participate in the official recruitment examination.

Training fees: in accordance with company regulations.

6. Japanese Language Training:

Continuous Japanese language training will be conducted at the 4th Floor, Rainbow Building, Lot 1B-CQ1, Van Quan New Urban Area, Ha Dong, Hanoi. Classes are held from Monday to Friday each week. A new class for Batch 06 commenced on September 10, 2013.

Recruitment Schedule: The official recruitment examination is expected to take place on November 11, 2013, at International Construction and Labour Supply Joint Stock Company (NIBELC), Km 10, National Highway 1A, Gia Tran, Gia Vien, Ninh Binh.
