NOTICE OF RECRUITMENT FOR MANAGERS AND SKILLED TECHNICIANS TO WORK IN ALGERIA
NIBELC International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company, holding License No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP for the service of sending workers abroad, renewed and issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on October 24, 2012, is recruiting workers to work in Algeria for the Algerian construction group GBC as follows:

2. Recruitment Requirements:
Male applicants, aged 25–45, with good health, good moral character, and good conduct. Applicants must not suffer from chronic or infectious diseases, syphilis, physical disabilities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, or C, HIV/AIDS, or pulmonary tuberculosis. Candidates must undergo a medical examination before attending the interview. Applicants are required to bring their passport, if available, to prepare the visa application dossier.
Applicants must have the required qualifications, skills, and certificates, and at least 2 years of experience. They must be able to use English or French at work. Preference will be given to applicants with overseas work experience.
3. Contract Period
- The contract term is 2 years and may be extended depending on the employer’s needs.
4. Benefits for Workers:
- Workers will be provided with air tickets from Vietnam to Algeria and from Algeria back to Vietnam upon completion of the employment contract.
- The employer will provide insurance and free medical care in accordance with Algerian labor law.
- Workers are entitled to 14 days of paid leave per year in accordance with Algerian labor law.
- The employer will provide 3 meals per day, accommodation, and daily transportation to and from work. Uniforms and personal protective equipment will be provided free of charge.
Costs: As stated in the table above.
The above costs do not include translation, passport, medical examination, and uniform fees.
Successful applicants are required to pay a deposit of VND 5 million, which will be deducted from the departure fee.
The service fee for all positions has been reduced by 50%.
