Recruitment Notice for Airport Staff

RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR STAFF TO WORK AT THE AIRPORT FOR 5-STAR AIRLINE QATAR AIRWAYS

International Construction and Labour Supply Joint Stock Company - NIBELC, holding License No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP for the service of sending Vietnamese workers to work overseas, newly renewed and issued by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs on October 24, 2012, needs to recruit staff to work at the newly inaugurated Doha Airport for the 5-star airline Qatar Airways with the following details:

1. Recruitment occupations and salary/income:

(Employees are not required to pay income tax in Qatar. The estimated income includes overtime pay but does not include productivity allowance.)

2. Recruitment Requirements:

• Male and female candidates aged 20–40, with good height and weight, pleasant appearance, good health, good moral character and conduct (free from chronic diseases, infectious diseases, syphilis, physical deformities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, and pulmonary tuberculosis). Applicants must undergo a health check before attending the recruitment test.
• All positions require English proficiency. Overseas working experience or experience in the service sector, especially aviation, is an advantage. Sales staff, cashiers, waiters/waitresses, team leaders, chefs, and guest reception staff must be fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing English and have relevant experience.

3. Contract Duration

• Two-year contract, renewable depending on the employer’s requirements and the employee’s wishes.

4. Employee Benefits:

• The employer will provide:

• Insurance and medical care in accordance with Qatar law.
• Transportation from accommodation to workplace and vice versa.
• Meals and accommodation according to the standards of a world-class five-star airline.
• Air tickets from Vietnam to Qatar and from Qatar back to Vietnam every year.

+ 30 days of paid annual leave each year, bonuses, and productivity salary according to airline standards.

• Working hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week, with overtime available. Employees will work at the newly inaugurated Doha Airport with staff of various nationalities.
• Overtime pay is calculated in accordance with Qatar labor law.

5. Pre-Departure Costs:

Estimated cost: according to the table above.

• The above costs do not include translation fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, or short-term vocational training before departure.
• Successful candidates must pay a deposit of VND 5 million, which will be deducted from the departure fee.

7. NIBELC Support Policies for Employees:

• Short-term supplementary training at the training center: the company supports 50%. Employees pay VND 100,000/day for the remaining amount. All employees attending the supplementary skills training will be provided with free meals and accommodation. Pre-recruitment training starts on May 20, 2013 in Ninh Binh.
• Assistance and consultation on loan procedures at banks and credit funds.
• After successful recruitment, the company will arrange a car to take employees from the recruitment venue to the hospital for medical examinations.
• When attending the recruitment test, candidates must bring their ID card, 05 color photos with white background, size 4x6, diplomas/certificates, and proof of work experience (if any).
