RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR STAFF TO WORK AT THE AIRPORT FOR 5-STAR AIRLINE QATAR AIRWAYS
International Construction and Labour Supply Joint Stock Company - NIBELC, holding License No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP for the service of sending Vietnamese workers to work overseas, newly renewed and issued by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs on October 24, 2012, needs to recruit staff to work at the newly inaugurated Doha Airport for the 5-star airline Qatar Airways with the following details:

(Employees are not required to pay income tax in Qatar. The estimated income includes overtime pay but does not include performance-based allowances.)
2. Recruitment Requirements
- Male and female candidates aged 20–40, with appropriate height and weight, pleasant appearance, good health, good moral character, and good conduct (free from chronic diseases, infectious diseases, syphilis, physical deformities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, and pulmonary tuberculosis). Applicants must undergo a health check before attending the recruitment test.
- All positions require English proficiency. Overseas work experience or experience in the service industry, especially aviation, is an advantage. Applicants for positions such as sales staff, cashiers, waiters/waitresses, team leaders, chefs, and guest reception staff must be fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing English and possess relevant work experience.
3. Contract Duration
- Two-year contract, renewable depending on the employer's requirements and the employee's wishes.
4. Employee Benefits
The employer will provide:
- Insurance coverage and medical care in accordance with Qatar labor laws.
- Transportation between accommodation and workplace.
- Meals and accommodation according to the standards of a world-class five-star airline.
- Air tickets from Vietnam to Qatar and annual return tickets from Qatar to Vietnam.
- Thirty (30) days of paid annual leave each year, as well as bonuses and performance-related incentives according to airline standards.
Additional benefits:
- Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week.
- Overtime opportunities are available.
- Employees will work in the newly inaugurated Doha International Airport alongside staff of various nationalities.
- Overtime pay will be calculated in accordance with Qatar labor law.
5. Pre-Departure Costs
- Estimated cost: According to the table above.
- The above cost does not include translation fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, or short-term vocational training before departure.
- Successful candidates are required to pay a deposit of VND 5 million, which will be deducted from the departure fee.

7. NIBELC Support Policies for Employees
- Short-term supplementary training at the training center: NIBELC subsidizes 50% of the training cost. Employees contribute VND 100,000 per day. All trainees attending the supplementary training course will receive free accommodation and meals.
- Pre-recruitment training begins on May 20, 2013, in Ninh Binh.
- Assistance and consultation for obtaining loans from banks and credit funds.
- After successful recruitment, the company will arrange transportation from the recruitment venue to the hospital for medical examinations.
- Candidates attending the recruitment test must bring:
- National ID Card;
- Five (05) passport-sized color photographs (4x6 cm) with a white background;
- Educational qualifications and certificates of work experience (if any).
