RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR EMPLOYEES TO WORK AT THE AIRPORT FOR THE 5-STAR AIRLINE QATAR AIRWAYS

NIBELC International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company, holding License No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP for the service of sending workers abroad, renewed and issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on October 15, 2012, is recruiting employees to work at the newly inaugurated Doha Airport for the 5-star airline Qatar Airways with the following details:

1. Recruitment occupations and salary/income: 

(Workers are not required to pay income tax in Qatar. The estimated income includes overtime pay but does not include performance-related allowances.)

2. Recruitment Requirements:

• Male and female applicants aged 20–40, with appropriate height and weight, good appearance, good health, good moral character, and good conduct. Applicants must not suffer from chronic or infectious diseases, syphilis, physical disabilities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, or C, HIV/AIDS, or pulmonary tuberculosis. Candidates must ensure they meet the health requirements before attending the recruitment examination.
• All positions require basic conversational English skills. Previous overseas work experience or experience in the service industry, especially in aviation, is an advantage. Applicants for cashier, waiter/waitress, team leader, and chef positions must be proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing English.

3. Contract Period

• A 2-year contract, renewable depending on the employer’s requirements and the employee’s willingness.

4. Benefits for Employees:

The employer will provide:

• Insurance and medical care in accordance with Qatari law.
• Transportation between accommodation and the workplace.
• Meals and accommodation according to international 5-star airline standards.
• Air tickets from Vietnam to Qatar and annual return tickets from Qatar to Vietnam.
• 30 days of paid annual leave, as well as bonuses and performance-based salary schemes in accordance with airline standards.
• Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, with overtime opportunities. Employees will work in the newly inaugurated Doha Airport alongside staff from many different nationalities.
• Overtime pay will be calculated in accordance with Qatari labor law.

5. Costs Before Departure:

• Estimated costs: as indicated in the table above.
• The above costs do not include translation fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, or short-term vocational training before departure.
• Successful candidates are required to make a deposit of VND 5,000,000, which will be deducted from the departure fee.

6. Tentative Recruitment Examination Schedule:

• June 22–25, 2014 (the final schedule will be confirmed one week in advance).
• Examination venue: to be announced 3 days prior to the recruitment test (within Ho Chi Minh City).

7. NIBELC Support Policies for Workers:

• Short-term supplementary training courses at the company’s training center: NIBELC will subsidize 50% of the cost. Workers will contribute VND 100,000 per day. All workers attending the supplementary skills training will be provided with free meals and accommodation. Training commencement date before recruitment examination: May 29, 2014, in Ninh Binh.
• Assistance and consultation for obtaining loans from banks and credit funds.
• After successful recruitment, the company will arrange transportation to take workers from the recruitment venue to the hospital for medical examinations.
• Candidates attending the recruitment examination must bring a passport (valid for at least 2 more years), five (05) color photographs with a white background (4x6 cm), and any relevant diplomas, certificates, or proof of work experience (if available).
