Recruitment Notice for Employees to Work for a UAE Entertainment Group

RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR EMPLOYEES TO WORK FOR A UAE ENTERTAINMENT GROUP

International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company - NIBELC, holding License No. 331/LDTBXH-GP for the service of sending workers to work abroad (newly renewed), issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on October 24, 2012, needs to recruit employees to work for Farah Leisure amusement park in the UAE with the following details:

1. Occupations to be recruited and salary/income:

(Expected total income includes the basic salary and 3 hours of overtime per day plus 2 Fridays per month. Employees are not required to pay income tax in the UAE.)

2. Recruitment Requirements:

• Male and female, aged 20–35, minimum height 155 cm, minimum weight 50 kg, in good health, with good morality and conduct. (Free from chronic diseases, infectious diseases, syphilis, physical deformities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, and pulmonary tuberculosis.)
• English communication skills required. Overseas work experience or experience in the service industry is an advantage.
• Candidates must undergo a preliminary medical check-up (hepatitis A, B, C and HIV tests) before attending recruitment and submitting application documents.

3. Contract Term:

• A 2-year contract, renewable according to the employer’s requirements.

4. Employee Benefits:

• The employer provides:
  • Insurance and medical care in accordance with UAE law.
  • Accommodation and transportation between the place of residence and workplace.
  • Meals during working hours.
  • Air tickets from Vietnam to the UAE and from the UAE back to Vietnam upon completion of the employment contract.
• Employees are entitled to annual leave pay equivalent to one month of basic salary in accordance with UAE law.
• Working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, with continuous overtime opportunities.
• Overtime is paid in accordance with UAE labor law.

5. Pre-Departure Costs:

Estimated cost: (see detailed table above).

• The above cost includes brokerage fees, overseas labor service fees, and contributions to the employment support fund as required.
• Does not include translation fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, orientation training, language training, or vocational training before departure.
• Successful candidates are required to make a deposit of VND 5,000,000, which will be credited toward the departure fee before departure.

6. Recruitment Examination Date: November 25, 2012

Language and vocational training commencement date: November 1, 2012.

Tuition and accommodation costs: The company supports 50%; trainees are required to pay VND 1,000,000 for a 10-day training course.

7. NIBELC Support Policies for Employees:

• Consultation and assistance with loan procedures at banks and credit funds.
• Employees are provided with free meals and accommodation during the recruitment examination period.
• Assistance and guidance for post-recruitment medical examinations at designated hospitals.

Candidates attending the examination must bring their Identity Card, two 4x6 color photographs with a white background, diplomas, certificates of work experience, and passport (if any).
