U.A.E.
NIBELC International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company, holding License No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP for the service of sending workers abroad, renewed and issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on October 24, 2012, is recruiting workers to work for JMT Company in the U.A.E. as follows:

2. Recruitment Requirements:
Male applicants aged 22–45, with good health, good moral character, and good conduct. Applicants must not suffer from chronic or infectious diseases, syphilis, physical disabilities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, or C, HIV/AIDS, or pulmonary tuberculosis. Candidates must undergo a medical examination before attending the recruitment test. Applicants are required to bring their passport, if available, for visa application procedures.
Applicants must possess the required qualifications and skills, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with overseas work experience.
3. Contract Period
- The contract term is 2 years and may be extended depending on the employer’s requirements.
4. Benefits for Workers:
- Workers currently employed at the Son Duong Port – Vung Ang Project (and listed in the current code management system) will receive a reduction of VND 6,000,000 on the departure fee.
- Air tickets from Vietnam to the UAE and from the UAE back to Vietnam upon completion of the employment contract.
- Insurance coverage and free medical care in accordance with UAE labor laws.
- Free accommodation, cooking utensils, and daily transportation to and from the workplace.
- Free uniforms and personal protective equipment.
- Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week.
- Leave entitlement: once every 2 years upon completion of the contract.
5. Costs
- Costs are as indicated in the table above.
- The above costs do not include translation fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, short-term vocational training before departure, or uniform fees.
- Successful candidates are required to pay a deposit of VND 5,000,000, which will be credited toward the departure fee.
6. Recruitment Schedule
- Recruitment is authorized to be conducted by the company.
