2. Recruitment Requirements:
- Male applicants aged 20–45, with good health, good moral character, and good conduct. Candidates must undergo a medical examination before attending the recruitment test. Applicants must have experience related to the position for which they are applying. They are required to bring diplomas, certificates, and documents confirming their work experience.
- Contract Period: 1–3 years, depending on the worker’s attitude, qualifications, and skills.
3. Benefits for Workers:
- Employer: NIBELC Company.
- Workers will be provided by NIBELC with insurance and free medical care in accordance with Vietnamese labor law, as well as free uniforms and personal protective equipment.
- The company will provide meals, accommodation, and daily transportation to and from work.
- Working hours: 260 hours per month.
