2. Recruitment Requirements:
Male and female, aged 20–35, minimum height 160 cm, minimum weight 50 kg, in good health, with good morality and conduct. (Free from chronic diseases, infectious diseases, syphilis, physical deformities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, and pulmonary tuberculosis.)
Basic English communication skills, including English for supermarket sales. Relevant work experience in the applied occupation is required. Overseas work experience is an advantage.
Candidates must undergo a medical examination before attending recruitment or submitting application documents.
3. Contract Term:
A 2-year contract, extendable to 3–5 years depending on the employer’s labor requirements.
4. Employee Benefits:
The employer provides a one-way air ticket and a return leave ticket after 2 years. Employees are entitled to full salary during 60 days of leave for every 2 years of service.
The employer provides insurance and free medical care in accordance with UAE law.
The employer provides a monthly meal and accommodation allowance of USD 230 in addition to salary, plus a monthly bonus of USD 70.
Daily transportation to and from work is provided. Supermarket uniforms and labor protection equipment are supplied free of charge.
Employees work indoors in air-conditioned environments and are entitled to break periods during shifts. Other conditions are applied in accordance with UAE law.
Working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, with continuous overtime opportunities.
Overtime is paid in accordance with UAE labor law. Income is tax-free.
During the first two weeks, employees receive advanced vocational training, and the employer provides free hotel accommodation.
5. Costs Before Departure: USD 1,600
The above cost includes brokerage fees and overseas labor service fees.
The cost does not include translation fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, orientation and language training, professional training before departure, uniforms, overseas employment support fund contributions, and transportation expenses.
Successful candidates are required to make a deposit of VND 5,000,000, which will be deducted from the departure fee.

7. NIBELC Support Policies for Employees:
7.1 Training Support Policy:
For short-term supplementary training courses at the Training Center, the company supports 50% of the cost. Employees pay the remaining amount at the rate of VND 100,000 per day. All employees attending these supplementary vocational training courses are provided with free meals and accommodation.
7.2 Other Support Policies:
Support and consultation for loan procedures with banks and credit funds.
After passing the recruitment examination, employees will be provided with transportation by the company from the recruitment venue to the hospital for medical examinations.
