RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR WORKERS TO WORK IN BAHRAIN
International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company - NIBELC, holding License No. 301/LDTBXH-GP for the service of sending workers to work abroad (newly renewed), issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on January 16, 2012, needs to recruit workers to work in Bahrain with the following details:

2. Recruitment Requirements:
Male, aged 19–40, in good health, with good morality and conduct. (Free from chronic diseases, infectious diseases, syphilis, physical deformities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, and pulmonary tuberculosis.) Candidates must undergo a health check before attending the recruitment examination. Relevant experience in the applied occupation is required. Preference will be given to workers who can speak English.
Foreman positions require good English communication skills.
3. Contract Term
A 2-year contract, extendable to 3–5 years depending on the employer’s requirements.
4. Employee Benefits:
The employer provides round-trip air tickets.
The employer provides insurance and free medical care in accordance with Bahrain law.
The employer provides accommodation and daily transportation to and from work. Uniforms and personal protective equipment are supplied free of charge.
Working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, with continuous overtime opportunities.
Overtime is paid in accordance with Bahrain labor law.
5. Costs:
As stated in the table above. The specific salary for each worker will be determined during the recruitment examination.
The above cost does not include translation fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, or short-term vocational training before departure.
Successful candidates are required to make a deposit of VND 5,000,000, which will be deducted from the departure fee.
6. Recruitment Schedule:
Advanced skills training begins on September 11, 2012.
