RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR WORKERS TO WORK IN
U.A.E.
NIBELC International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company, holding License No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP for the service of sending workers abroad, renewed and issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on October 24, 2012, is recruiting workers to work for AVAN Construction Company in the U.A.E. as follows:

2. Recruitment Requirements:
Male applicants aged 21–35, with good health, good moral character, and good conduct. Applicants must not suffer from chronic or infectious diseases, syphilis, physical disabilities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, or C, HIV/AIDS, or pulmonary tuberculosis. Candidates must undergo a medical examination before attending the recruitment test. Applicants are required to bring their passport, if available, for visa application procedures.
Applicants must possess the required qualifications and skills, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Managerial and engineering positions require proficiency in English. Preference will be given to candidates with overseas work experience.
3. Contract Period
- The contract term is 2 years and may be extended depending on the employer’s requirements.
4. Benefits for Workers:
- Air tickets from Vietnam to the UAE and from the UAE back to Vietnam upon completion of the employment contract.
- Insurance coverage and free medical care in accordance with UAE labor laws.
- Free meals, accommodation, and daily transportation to and from the workplace.
- Free uniforms and personal protective equipment.
- Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week. Overtime work shall be in accordance with UAE regulations.
5. Costs
Costs are as indicated in the table above. The basic salary may be adjusted based on qualifications and skill assessment results during the recruitment test, and the service fee will be adjusted accordingly. Service fees for managerial positions, engineers, and interpreters have been reduced by 50%.
- The above costs do not include translation fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, short-term vocational training before departure, or uniform fees.
- Successful candidates are required to pay a deposit of VND 5,000,000, which will be credited toward the departure fee.
6. Recruitment Examination Schedule
June 7, 2014 (to be announced 3 days in advance).
