RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR WORKERS TO WORK IN QATAR
NIBELC International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company, holding License No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP for the service of sending workers abroad, renewed and issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on October 24, 2012, is recruiting workers to work in Qatar for a Turkish employer as follows:

2. Recruitment Requirements:
Male applicants aged 20–45, with good health, good moral character, and good conduct. Applicants must not suffer from chronic or infectious diseases, syphilis, physical disabilities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, or C, HIV/AIDS, or pulmonary tuberculosis. Candidates must undergo a medical examination before registration. Applicants are required to bring their passport, if available, for visa application procedures.
Applicants must possess the required qualifications and skills, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Candidates applying for the positions of Manager, Engineer, Quality Control Manager (QA/QC), and Accountant must be proficient in English for workplace communication.
Preference will be given to candidates with overseas work experience.
3. Contract Period
- The contract term is 2 years and may be extended depending on the employer’s requirements.
4. Benefits for Workers:
- A return air ticket from Qatar to Vietnam upon completion of the employment contract.
- Insurance coverage and free medical care in accordance with Qatar labor laws.
- The employer will provide three meals per day, accommodation, and daily transportation to and from the workplace.
- Free uniforms and personal protective equipment.
5. Costs
Costs are as indicated in the table above. The specific salary will be determined and adjusted based on the candidate’s experience during registration, and the service fee will be adjusted accordingly in line with the basic salary.
- The above costs do not include translation fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, short-term vocational training before departure, or uniform fees.
- Successful candidates are required to pay a deposit of VND 5,000,000, which will be credited toward the departure fee.
