RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR DRIVERS TO WORK IN THE UAE
NIBELC International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company, holding License No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP for the service of sending workers abroad, renewed and issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on October 24, 2012, is recruiting drivers to work for the UAE Ministry of Defense with the following details:

Workers are exempt from personal income tax in the UAE.
2. Recruitment Requirements:
Male applicants aged 23–50, with good health, good moral character, and good conduct. Applicants must not suffer from chronic or infectious diseases, syphilis, physical disabilities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, or C, HIV/AIDS, or pulmonary tuberculosis. Candidates must undergo a medical examination before attending the recruitment test.
Applicants must hold a Category C driving license or higher and have at least 3 years of experience driving heavy-duty trucks.
Preference will be given to candidates with overseas work experience or those holding driving licenses from Middle Eastern countries (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, etc.).
3. Contract Period
- Contract term: 3 years (renewable).
- Probation period: 6 months. During this period, workers will participate in an advanced driving training program at one of the most modern driving training centers in the Middle East and will have three opportunities to take the driving license examination.
4. Benefits for Workers:
- A return air ticket will be provided upon completion of the 3-year contract. Workers are entitled to one month of fully paid annual leave for each year of service.
- Insurance coverage and free medical care in accordance with UAE labor laws.
- The employer will provide three meals per day, accommodation (equipped with television and air conditioning), and daily transportation to and from work.
- Free uniforms and personal protective equipment.
- Upon successful completion of the 3-year contract, each worker will receive a bonus of USD 500.
- Workers’ monthly salaries will be transferred to their family accounts in Vietnam, with only a small portion paid directly to the worker.
5. Costs
- Costs are as indicated in the table above.
- The above costs do not include translation fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, or short-term vocational training before departure.
- Successful candidates are required to pay a deposit of VND 5,000,000, which will be deducted from the departure fee.
6. Recruitment Examination Schedule
- Recruitment test on April 10, 2014 (the exact schedule will be announced 3 days in advance).
7. Examination Venue
- The examination venue will be announced 3 days prior to the test date.
