RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR DRIVERS TO WORK IN THE UAE
International Construction and Labour Supply Joint Stock Company - NIBELC, holding License No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP for the service of sending Vietnamese workers to work overseas, newly renewed and issued by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs on October 24, 2012, needs to recruit drivers to work for the UAE Ministry of Transport with the following details:

Employees are exempt from income tax in the UAE.
2. Recruitment Requirements:
Male candidates aged 23–50, in good health, with good moral character and conduct. (Free from chronic diseases, infectious diseases, syphilis, physical deformities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, and pulmonary tuberculosis). Applicants must undergo a medical examination before attending the recruitment test.
Candidates must hold a Category C driving license or higher and have at least 3 years of experience driving heavy-duty trucks.
Preference will be given to candidates with overseas working experience or driving licenses issued in Middle Eastern countries (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, etc.).
3. Contract Duration
- Three-year contract (renewable).
- Six-month probation period. During this period, employees will participate in advanced driving training at one of the most modern driving training centers in the Middle East and will have three opportunities to take the driving license examination.
4. Benefits for Employees:
- A return air ticket will be provided upon completion of the 3-year contract. Employees are entitled to one month of fully paid annual leave for each year of service.
- The employer will provide insurance coverage and free medical care in accordance with UAE law.
- The employer will provide three meals per day, accommodation (with TV and air conditioning), and daily transportation to and from the workplace. Uniforms and personal protective equipment will be provided free of charge.
- Upon successful completion of the 3-year contract, each employee will receive a bonus of USD 500.
- The employee’s monthly salary will be transferred directly to their family in Vietnam through a bank account (only a small portion will be paid directly to the employee).
5. Costs:
According to the table above.
- The above costs do not include translation fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, or short-term vocational training before departure.
- Successful candidates must pay a deposit of VND 5 million, which will be deducted from the departure fee.
6. Recruitment Test Schedule:
- Recruitment test on July 30–31, 2013 (candidates will be notified 3 days in advance).
7. Recruitment Test Venue:
- The venue will be announced 3 days prior to the recruitment test.
