NOTICE OF RECRUITMENT OF DRIVERS TO WORK IN THE UAE
International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company - NIBELC, holding a license for the service of sending workers to work abroad (newly renewed) No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on October 24, 2012, needs to recruit drivers to work for the UAE Ministry of Transport with the following details:

Workers are exempt from personal income tax in the UAE.
2. Recruitment Requirements:
Male workers aged 23–50, in good health, with good moral character and conduct. (Not suffering from chronic diseases, infectious diseases, syphilis, no physical deformities, no tattoos, not infected with hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, or pulmonary tuberculosis). Candidates must undergo a medical examination before attending the recruitment test.
Applicants must hold a Class C driving license or higher and have at least 3 years of experience driving heavy-duty vehicles.
Preference will be given to candidates with overseas work experience and a Middle East driving license.
3. Contract Duration
- Contract term: 03 years.
- Probation period: 06 months. During the first 03 months of driver training, the salary will be USD 600/month. During the following 03 months of probation, the salary will be USD 800/month. After completing the 06-month probation period, the salary will be USD 1,000/month. Drivers are allowed to take the driving test up to 3 times. If, after 3 attempts, the worker fails to obtain a UAE driving license, he must return to Vietnam. If the worker obtains the UAE driving license before the end of the 6-month probation period, the salary will immediately be increased to USD 1,000/month.
4. Employee Benefits:
- Provided with a return air ticket upon completion of the 03-year contract. Employees are entitled to one month of fully paid annual leave for each year of service.
- The employer provides insurance and free medical care in accordance with UAE law.
- The employer provides 03 meals per day, accommodation (with TV and air conditioning), and daily transportation to and from work. Uniforms and personal protective equipment are provided free of charge.
5. Costs:
- According to the table above.
- Workers are required to pay USD 2,300 before departure. The remaining USD 1,000 fee will be deducted from salary over the first 10 months of employment (USD 100 per month). This deduction will be made through the bank when the employer transfers the worker’s salary to Vietnam each month and will be bound by a commitment signed before departure.
- The above costs do not include translation fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, or short-term vocational training before departure.
- Successful candidates are required to make a deposit of VND 5,000,000, which will be deducted from the departure fee.
6. Recruitment Test Schedule:
Recruitment test on April 22–23, 2013 (final confirmation will be given 3 days in advance).
7. Recruitment Test Venue:
The venue will be announced 3 days before the recruitment test date.
