RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR WORKERS TO WORK IN
QATAR
NIBELC International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company, holding License No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP for the service of sending workers abroad, renewed and issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on October 24, 2012, is recruiting workers to work at a refinery and petrochemical plant in Qatar as follows:

2. Recruitment Requirements:
Male applicants aged 25–50, with good health, good moral character, and good conduct. Applicants must not suffer from chronic or infectious diseases, syphilis, physical disabilities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, or C, HIV/AIDS, or pulmonary tuberculosis. Candidates must undergo a medical examination before registration.
Applicants must possess the qualifications and degrees required for the positions listed above. All positions require a good command of English for workplace communication.
Preference will be given to candidates with overseas work experience or experience in the refinery and petrochemical industry.
3. Contract Period
- The contract term is 2 years and may be extended depending on the employer’s requirements.
4. Benefits for Workers:
- A return air ticket from Qatar to Vietnam upon completion of the employment contract.
- Insurance coverage and free medical care in accordance with Qatar labor laws.
- Free provision of three meals per day, accommodation, and daily transportation to and from the workplace.
- Free uniforms and personal protective equipment.
5. Costs
Engineers: One month of basic salary.
Technicians: USD 1,800.
The specific salary will be determined and adjusted based on the candidate’s experience during registration, and the service fee will be adjusted accordingly in line with the basic salary.
- The above costs do not include translation fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, short-term vocational training before departure, or uniform fees.
- Successful candidates are required to pay a deposit of VND 5,000,000, which will be credited toward the departure fee.
6. Recruitment Process
Applicants are required to submit their application documents (CVs) for screening and selection. Shortlisted candidates will then attend a direct interview with the employer on March 21, 2014.
