RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR WORKERS TO WORK FOR SAMSUNG/FORMOSA GROUP IN HA TINH

International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company (NIBELC), holding License No. 301/LDTBXH-GP for the service of sending workers to work abroad (newly renewed), issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on January 16, 2012, is recruiting workers to work in Ha Tinh for Samsung/Formosa Group with the following details:

(Expected total income includes the basic salary plus overtime pay on weekdays and Saturdays.)

1. Recruitment Requirements

Male, aged 20–45, in good health, with good morality and conduct. (Free from chronic diseases, infectious diseases, syphilis, physical deformities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, and pulmonary tuberculosis.) Candidates must undergo a health check before attending the recruitment examination. Relevant experience in the applied occupation is required.

Engineer positions must have good command of English, Korean, or Taiwanese (Mandarin Chinese). Korean interpreters must hold a university degree in the relevant field and have experience in the construction industry.

Contract Term: A 2-year contract, renewable.

2. Employee Benefits

• Employees are entitled to paid leave and are provided with insurance and free medical care in accordance with Vietnamese labor law.
• The employer provides accommodation and daily transportation to and from work.
• Uniforms and personal protective equipment are provided free of charge.
• Working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, with continuous overtime opportunities available.

3. Costs

Costs depend on the interview results. The specific salary for each employee may be increased based on skill level demonstrated during the recruitment examination.
