RECRUITMENT NOTICE
International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company (NIBELC), with its Head Office located at Km 10, National Highway 1A, Gia Tran Commune, Gia Vien District, Ninh Binh Province, and its Hanoi Branch located on the 4th Floor, Rainbow Building, Lot B-CQ1, Van Quan – Yen Phuc New Urban Area, Van Quan Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi, is currently recruiting 15 teachers and specialists to support its Overseas Labor Export and Training activities as follows:
- 02 Japanese Market Development Specialists (to work in Hanoi)
- 04 Overseas Labor Export Specialists proficient in Korean (to work in Hanoi and Ha Tinh)
- 01 Overseas Labor Export Specialist proficient in Arabic (to work in Hanoi)
- 04 Japanese Language Teachers (to work in Ninh Binh or Thai Binh)
- 02 Overseas Labor Export Specialists proficient in English and Japanese (to work at the Da Nang Branch)
- 02 Accountants (to work in Hanoi and Ha Tinh)
BENEFITS
- Basic Salary: VND 5–7 million per month (for Japanese Market Development Specialists and Overseas Labor Export Specialists proficient in Korean or Arabic, additional salary arrangements may be negotiated based on qualifications and experience).
- Performance Bonus: VND 1–2 million per month.
- Annual Bonus: Equivalent to 3–6 months’ salary per year.
- Employees will be enrolled in health and social insurance after the probationary period and will enjoy other company welfare benefits.
- The Company provides accommodation and meals for teachers and staff working in Ninh Binh, Thai Binh, and Da Nang.
RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Male or female candidates in good health.
- Proficient in office computer applications and relevant foreign languages.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in preparing visa application documents and developing/managing the Japanese market (for Japanese Market Development Specialists).
- Teaching skills and experience in training technical interns and international students (for English and Japanese language teachers).
- Preference will be given to applicants with permanent residence in Ninh Binh, Thai Binh, Ha Tinh, or Da Nang, or those willing to work full-time in these locations.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have studied or worked abroad (Japan, Korea, or Middle Eastern countries).
- Ability to work independently, work in teams, travel domestically, and manage overseas workers.

- Candidates shortlisted after the preliminary screening must submit printed copies of their CV, photograph, application letter, and photocopies of diplomas/certificates (notarization not required at this stage). Original documents must be presented during the interview for verification.
RECRUITMENT TIMELINE
