Nibelc Group is recruiting workers for an Austrian boiler and heating equipment manufacturing factory located in Hungary

NIBELC International Labor Supply and Construction Joint Stock Company (NIBELC) is urgently recruiting 30 workers for an Austrian boiler and heating equipment manufacturing factory located in Hungary, with the following criteria:

1. Job Categories & Basic Salaries:

• 1.1 MIG - MAG Welder

  • Quantity: 10 males

  • Basic Salary: Up to $1,100 USD/month (Expected total income including overtime is around 20 - 25 million VND)

• 1.2 Mechanic / Metal Fabricator / CNC Operator

  • Quantity: 10 males

  • Basic Salary: Up to $900 USD/month (Expected total income including overtime is around 17 - 21 million VND)

• 1.3 Mechanic / Metal Fabricator / CNC Operator

  • Quantity: 10 males

  • Basic Salary: Up to $832 USD/month (Expected total income including overtime is around 15 - 18 million VND)

2. Selection Criteria:

• Physical Requirements & Age: Males with a minimum height of 1m65 and weight of 55kg or above; Age between 20 and 45. Candidates must possess satisfactory technical skills and a strong sense of discipline.

• Preferences: Priority will be given to candidates with prior overseas working experience.

• Health & Background Requirements:

  • Must be in good health with good eyesight. Candidates must not have any of the following conditions: Hepatitis A, B, or C; HIV; tuberculosis; syphilis or other venereal diseases; a history of brain or heart disease; chronic illnesses; or any diseases affecting the bones and joints.

  • No tattoos, no criminal record or prior offenses.

  • No facial cosmetic surgery modifications.

  • Candidates who have previously been refused a European visa or deported from European countries are not accepted.

3. Working Conditions & Departure Fees:

• Contract Term: 02 (two) years, renewable in accordance with regulations.

• Working Hours: 06 days per week.

• Accommodation & Allowances: Free accommodation and commuting transportation will be arranged for the workers. Additionally, workers will receive a monthly food allowance of 40,000 Hungarian Forints (HUF).

• Departure Fee: In accordance with the Company's regulations.

4. Interview Schedule, Application Documents & Deployment Timeline:

• Interview Schedule: Welders and mechanics are required to film a 15-minute practical skills video and submit it to the company for skills assessment prior to the interview. Online interviews start from April 26, 2021.

• Required Documents: Original passport (must be valid for over 3 years), Criminal Record Certificate No. 2 (Lý lịch tư pháp số 02), relevant diplomas/certificates, 8 color photos (4x6 cm, white background, wearing a dark-colored shirt), medical check-up results, and a personal resume compiled according to the company's instructions.

• Note: Workers must undergo pre-screening tests for Hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, and tuberculosis before participating in the recruitment interview.

• Financial Support: The company provides all necessary documentation and guidance to assist workers with bank loan procedures for labor export if they require financial support.

5. Benefits and Rights for Workers in Hungary (2021):

• Workers are entitled to all labor rights in accordance with the laws of Hungary, including annual leave, public holidays, and New Year breaks.

• Commuting transportation from accommodation to the workplace is provided.

• Occupational safety gear and health/social insurance are fully provided by the employer, along with both outbound and return flight tickets upon successful completion of the contract.

• Free accommodation, commuting transportation, and a food allowance will be fully arranged for the workers.

6. Expected Deployment Timeline:

• 3-5 months from the date the worker submits a complete application file.
