NIBELC GROUP - RECRUITMENT FOR 150 WORKERS TO WORK IN GERMANY

Currently, Germany is a labor market receiving special attention from many Vietnamese people. This is because coming to this country offers a high, stable salary along with excellent benefits and social welfare. Compared to Vietnam's traditional labor markets such as Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Middle Eastern countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait), the income level here is considered to be much better.

The International Construction and Labour Supply Joint Stock Company (NIBELC), operating under the license for sending Vietnamese workers abroad under contract No. 1019/LĐTBXH-GP, is recruiting 160 employees across various occupations to work in Germany, with the following criteria:

1. Selection Criteria:

• Male: from 1m65, 55 kg or more; Female: from 1m60, 48 kg or more; Age: 20 to 45.

• Possess a vocational degree/transcript in the relevant major (with a training duration of 2 years or more) that is recognized by the competent German authorities.

• Possess confirmation of at least 03 years of work experience in the exact field of specialization.

• German language proficiency at level A1 (if not yet obtained, additional classes will be provided during the visa application process); employees must guarantee an A2 level at the time of the German Embassy interview—expected 03 months after passing the selection process.

• Possess good health and good vision; must not suffer from: Hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis, venereal diseases, history of brain or heart disease, chronic diseases, bone and joint diseases, or high blood pressure. No tattoos, no criminal record or prior convictions. No facial cosmetic surgery alterations. Candidates who have previously been denied a European visa or deported from European countries are not accepted.

3. Working Conditions and Exit Fees:

• Contract term: 02 (two) years, renewable in accordance with regulations.

• Standard working hours: 08 hours/day, 05 days/week; overtime calculated in accordance with the law. Entitled to insurance and benefits equivalent to German citizens.

• Provided with airfare, airport pickup, and accommodation arrangements by Nibelc Germany GmbH (accommodation costs paid by the employee). Receives initial job support as well as consultation and problem-solving assistance for any arising issues throughout the contract duration.

• Exit fees shall comply with the Company's regulations (German language training costs included).

4. Examination Schedule, Application Documents, and Departure Timeline:

• Examination Schedule: Document screening and interviews will begin on August 2, 2021.

• Application Documents include: Original passport (must be valid for over 3 years), Criminal Record Certificate No. 2, relevant degrees and certificates, 8 color photos (4x6) with a white background and dark shirt, a medical examination report, and a background profile as guided by the company.

• Note: Employees must pre-screen for Hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, and pulmonary tuberculosis before participating in the recruitment examination.

• Expected Departure: 06 months from the date the employee completes all required documents and meets the German language proficiency requirements.

• The Company will provide full documentation and guide employees through bank loan procedures for overseas employment if they wish to apply for financial assistance.
