1. Selection Criteria:

Gender: Male; Height: 1.65m or taller; Weight: 55kg or more; Age: 20 to 45 years old. Candidates must possess professional skills and work experience as required.

Priority will be given to candidates with previous overseas work experience.

Health Requirements: Excellent health and vision. Candidates must be free from the following conditions: Hepatitis A, B, or C; HIV; pulmonary tuberculosis; syphilis; venereal diseases; history of brain or heart diseases; chronic illnesses; or bone and joint disorders.

3. Working Conditions and Deployment Fees:

Contract Term: 02 (two) years, renewable according to regulations.

Basic Working Hours: 08 hours per day; 05 days per week. Overtime is subject to the factory's regulations.

Airfare: The employer shall provide a return air ticket upon the completion of the contract and the employee's return to their home country.

Accommodation: Workers shall be provided with free accommodation.

Deployment Fees: In accordance with the Company’s regulations.
4. Recruitment Schedule, Documentation, and Departure Timeline:

Recruitment Schedule: Application acceptance begins on February 08, 2022. Candidates are required to submit a fully completed registration form before being scheduled for an online interview.

Skill Assessment: Candidates must undergo a skill assessment via video or direct testing in Ninh Binh and sign a skill competency commitment according to the form provided by the Company.

Required Documents: Original passport (must be valid for at least 3 years), Judicial Record No. 02, relevant diplomas and certificates, COVID-19 vaccination certificate (at least 2 doses), 08 color photographs (4x6 cm) with a white background and dark-colored attire, medical examination report, and personal resume as per the Company’s instructions.

Note: Candidates must undergo preliminary testing for Hepatitis A, B, and C, HIV, and pulmonary tuberculosis prior to participating in the recruitment process.

Estimated Departure: Approximately 1 to 2 months from the date the candidate completes all required documentation.
