NIBELC WORKS WITH VINASME AND THE DEPARTMENT OF LIVESTOCK PRODUCTION – MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE OF VIETNAM
Recently, NIBELC Group held an important working session with the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (VINASME) and the Department of Livestock Production – Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. 
and the leadership board of the largest poultry production and processing factory in Greece
with the aim of strengthening connections, cooperation, and the development of high-quality human resources serving Vietnam’s agricultural sector and the international market.
The working session focused on the following key topics:
Discussion on workforce demand in the livestock and food processing sectors.
Strengthening training and professional skill development for workers.
Orienting cooperation in implementing programs to provide high-quality labor for international markets, especially in Europe.
In particular, discussing opportunities and directions for cooperation in the import and export of poultry products from Greece to Vietnam.
This is a practical step toward connecting businesses, management agencies, and workforce supply units, thereby creating a sustainable ecosystem for Vietnamese labor that not only meets domestic demands but is also competitive in the international market.
