Visiting the NIBELC Office in Hanoi, including meeting and working with laborers preparing for departure.

Engaging with NIBELC staff through intimate gala dinners and social gatherings.

Touring famous landmarks and experiencing Vietnamese cultural exchange.

Conducting working sessions at the Embassy of Greece in Vietnam.

NIBELC Working Session with DEAS Factory’s Legal Representative
NIBELC held a formal working session with the legal representative of the DEAS factory to discuss legal frameworks pertaining to international labor. The meeting aimed to explore and address legal aspects of recruitment and the protection of workers' legitimate rights and interests in Greece, ensuring full compliance with labor contracts, employee benefits, and other statutory requirements.
Additionally, the delegation held discussions with the Embassy of Greece in Vietnam. Both parties exchanged views on legal matters regarding Vietnamese citizens working in Greece. The Embassy provided vital information on visa procedures, labor rights, and the necessary standards to ensure the quality of human resources for export.
The visit to Vietnam by the Chairman of the Board of DEAS and his spouse marks a significant milestone in the partnership between DEAS and NIBELC. This serves as an excellent opportunity for both parties to further enhance exchange, cooperation, and mutual growth, delivering sustainable value to both sides.
