1. Job Category & Basic Salary for Meat Processing Job Order in Poland

• Job Category: Meat Processing Worker

• Quantity: 30 workers

• Basic Salary: $700 (Expected total income including overtime is around 17 - 22 million VND)

2. Selection Criteria:

• Physical Requirements & Age: Males with a minimum height of 1m65 and weight of 55kg; Females with a minimum height of 1m55 and weight of 50kg; Age between 20 and 40.

• Preferences: Priority will be given to candidates who have prior overseas working experience or possess technical skills and experience in slaughtering, meat carving, and deboning.

• Health & Background Requirements:

  • Must be in good health with good eyesight. Candidates must not have any of the following conditions: Hepatitis A, B, or C; HIV; tuberculosis; syphilis or other venereal diseases; a history of brain or heart disease; chronic illnesses; or any diseases affecting the bones and joints.

  • No tattoos, no criminal record or prior offenses.

  • No facial cosmetic surgery modifications.

  • Candidates who have previously been refused a European visa or deported from European countries are not accepted.

3. Working Conditions & Departure Fees:

• Contract Term: 02 (two) years, renewable in accordance with regulations.

• Working Hours: 05 days per week.

• Employer Responsibilities: The employer provides both outbound and return flight tickets upon the successful completion of the contract.

• Accommodation & Meals: Free meals, accommodation, and commuting transportation will be arranged for the workers.

• Departure Fee: In accordance with the Company's regulations.

4. Interview Schedule, Application Documents & Deployment Timeline:

• Interview Schedule: Online interviews starting from May 11, 2021.

• Required Documents: Original passport (must be valid for over 3 years), Criminal Record Certificate No. 2 (Lý lịch tư pháp số 02), relevant diplomas/certificates, 8 color photos (4x6 cm, white background, wearing a dark-colored shirt), medical check-up results, and a personal resume compiled according to the company's instructions.

• Note: Workers must undergo pre-screening tests for Hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, and tuberculosis before participating in the recruitment interview.

• Expected Departure: 4 months from the date the worker completes their application file.

• Financial Support: The company provides all necessary documentation and guidance to assist workers with bank loan procedures for labor export if they require financial support.

5. Benefits and Rights for Workers in Poland (2021):

• Workers are entitled to all labor rights in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, including annual leave, public holidays, and New Year breaks.
