The annual summer trip for the company’s employees at Sun Spa Resort – Quảng Bình was a great success, creating many memorable moments as colleagues connected, interacted, and participated together in lively and exciting team activities.
The first activity of the trip was a visit by the company’s employees to the tomb of General Võ Nguyên Giáp. This was one of the most anticipated activities of the Team Building trip. Everyone felt deeply moved standing before the spirit of the national hero and silently promised to live in a way worthy of his sacrifices and those of previous generations.
After that, the company’s employees were taken to visit Paradise Cave, one of the famous scenic attractions of Quảng Bình Province.
The first highly anticipated physical activity was an exciting and thrilling football tournament among four teams: Hà Nội, Hà Tĩnh, Ninh Bình 1, and Ninh Bình 2. The spectacular dribbling skills, comparable to those of professional players, kept the spectators on the edge of their seats.
Ninh Bình 1 Team – with a strong lineup and solid technical skills – became this year’s champion.
The Hà Tĩnh Team secured the Runner-Up position
Hà Nội was left with some regret as their performance continued to improve throughout the tournament.
However, despite their excellent plays in the match against Ninh Bình 2, Hà Nội had to settle for third place overall.

Next came the beach games, with enthusiastic participation from all employees dressed in vibrant yellow shirts and filled with energy, team spirit, and excitement.
The swimming competition, featuring truly talented swimmers, came as a pleasant surprise to the entire company
NIBELC IDOL and NIBELC JUNIOR IDOL — one of the most highly anticipated competitions — took place in an extremely lively and exciting atmosphere.
The event attracted great attention not only because of its valuable prizes, but also because of the delightful surprises in discovering “golden voices” among colleagues. The heartfelt songs performed by the company’s employees left a beautiful impression and became unforgettable memories.
Moments of sitting together, talking, sharing thoughts, and growing closer with a deeper understanding of one another.
The bright faces of NIBELC employees from the Hà Nội, Ninh Bình, Hà Tĩnh, and Ho Chi Minh City branches seemed to erase all geographical distances, leaving only smiles, friendship, and the warm bond of colleagues living under the shared roof of NIBELC.
Farewell Quảng Bình, farewell to the peaceful land of wind, golden sunshine, and the soothing sound of ocean waves. All NIBELC employees returned with joyful hearts after days of wholehearted fun and renewed enthusiasm for the productive working days ahead.
