NIBELC (National Investment, Building and Labour Export Construction Joint Stock Company), formerly a state-owned enterprise, was established in 1968. NIBELC was granted Overseas Labor Export License No. 1019/LĐTBXH-GP on March 22, 2018.

For more than 50 years, NIBELC Group has consistently excelled in implementing the policies and directives of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs in vocational training, labor export, and social welfare activities.
