LABOR EXPORT TO POLAND - JOB VACANCY FOR WELDERS AND MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS IN SHIPBUILDING YARDS

Poland is a Central European country bordering seven nations, including Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Lithuania, as well as a section of the Baltic Sea. It is the 9th largest country in Europe. Although it does not rank among the most economically powerful nations in the European region, Poland still stands out due to its good quality of life and salary levels that are significantly higher than those of most other countries worldwide.

The current labor shortage in Poland is widespread, which makes the country relatively open regarding recruitment requirements. Technical, skill, and experience criteria are more flexible and simple, creating favorable conditions for foreign human resources, including Vietnamese workers. In particular, Poland offers a wide variety of occupations categorized across different difficulty levels, allowing candidates to freely choose based on their individual needs and capabilities.

We are seeking to recruit 64 welders and mechanical technicians to work in a shipbuilding yard in Poland, with the following criteria:

1. Selection Criteria:

• Male: from 1m65, 55 kg or more; Age: 20 to 45.

• Possess proficient technical skills as required by the shipbuilding yard. Preference will be given to workers who already have overseas work experience. For the Foreman position, English proficiency is required.

• Possess good health and good vision; must not suffer from: Hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis, venereal diseases, history of brain or heart disease, chronic diseases, bone and joint diseases, or high blood pressure. No tattoos, no criminal record or prior convictions. No facial cosmetic surgery alterations. Candidates who have previously been denied a European visa or deported from European countries are not accepted.

3. Working Conditions and Exit Fees:

• Contract term: 02 (two) years, renewable in accordance with regulations.

• Standard working hours: 08 hours/day, 05 days/week; overtime calculated in accordance with the law.

• The employer provides the outbound airfare and the return airfare when the employee completes the contract and returns home.

• Employees will be provided with free accommodation; the aforementioned salary is inclusive of meals.

• Exit fees shall comply with the Company's regulations.

4. Examination Schedule, Application Documents, and Departure Timeline:

• Examination Schedule: Welders and mechanical technicians are required to self-record a 15-minute practical skills video and send it to the company for skills assessment prior to being interviewed. Foremen must submit their CV in English to the company. Online interviews will begin on July 23, 2021.

• Application Documents include: Original passport (must be valid for over 3 years), Criminal Record Certificate No. 2, relevant degrees and certificates, 8 color photos (4x6) with a white background and dark shirt, a medical examination report, and a background profile as guided by the company.

• Note: Employees must pre-screen for Hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, and pulmonary tuberculosis before participating in the recruitment examination.

• Expected Departure: 04 to 06 months from the date the employee completes all required documents.

• The Company will provide full documentation and guide employees through bank loan procedures for overseas employment if they wish to apply for financial assistance.
