Following previous groups of Vietnamese workers departing for employment in Hungary, on the evening of June 25, NIBELC’s worker delegation completed all required documentation procedures and continued their journey to begin two years of dedicated work in Hungary.
The group was accompanied by company staff in charge, together with the workers’ friends and family members. Everyone carried different emotions, filled with warmth and attachment through smiles, tears, and heartfelt wishes from loved ones.
NIBELC continued completing procedures for the next departure group, with one group scheduled each week, equivalent to nearly 100 workers departing for employment in Hungary and Poland each month.
In addition, NIBELC GROUP is also recruiting for various labor export orders to Hungary and Poland, organizing online recruitment interviews on a daily basis to meet the sudden increase in labor supply demand from partners in the post-Covid period.
At the same time, this also creates abundant employment opportunities for Vietnamese workers.
To welcome the new workers, the partners in Hungary, together with Nibelc Manpower Kft, had carefully prepared dormitory accommodation, food, essential supplies, and safe quarantine conditions for the arriving workers.
The workers will live and carry out their daily activities in a modern, fully equipped dormitory that meets European standards.
