To: All officers and employees of NIBELC Company
On behalf of the leadership of International Construction and Labour Supply Joint Stock Company (NIBELC), the Board of Directors and the Board of General Directors would like to extend best wishes for health to you and your families, and wish you good health, unity, proactiveness, creativity, and continued successful completion of your duties.
Promoting the tradition of “When drinking water, remember its source” and in commemoration of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day on July 27, the Board of Directors and the Board of General Directors of the company launch the campaign “Supporting the Construction of Gratitude Houses for the Families of Fallen Soldiers of Gac Ma Island – Truong Sa Archipelago” from July 1, 2013 to July 15, 2013. At the end of this campaign, with the entire amount of money raised, NIBELC Company, together with the People’s Police Academy, will build several gratitude houses for the families of fallen soldiers.
In addition to this campaign “Supporting the Construction of Gratitude Houses for the Families of Fallen Soldiers of Gac Ma Island – Truong Sa Archipelago”, NIBELC Company also calls on all officers and employees of the company to establish a Fund (a voluntary charity fund consisting of financial resources and manpower) to provide long-term care for wounded and sick soldiers and relatives of fallen soldiers.
The Company Office is assigned as the focal point for receiving support, in coordination with Branch Directors, the Training Center, Project Management Boards, and Chief Representatives for labour management in other countries.
The leadership of International Construction and Labour Supply Joint Stock Company (NIBELC) respectfully requests all officers and employees of NIBELC Company to enthusiastically support this campaign.
