Nibelc Group is recruiting candidates for dairy farm positions in Hungary. The detailed job order is as follows:

1. Selection Criteria

Job Description

• Perform care and husbandry duties for cows and calves.

• Participate in livestock sanitation and farm cleaning activities.

• Monitor and observe the health status of cows and calves; assist with and manage the breeding and birthing process.

• Organize and execute feeding and care routines for calves in strict accordance with operational guidelines.

• Monitor the overall health of the entire herd across the farm; inspect, detect, and provide timely treatment for sick cows and calves.

Requirements & Background

• Experience & Education: Must have prior experience working on farms or agricultural estates. Candidates must hold a University Degree, College Diploma, or Intermediate Vocational Certificate majoring in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Pharmacology, or related fields.

• Physical Requirements:

  • Male: Height from 1m65 or above, weight from 55 kg or above.

  • Female: Height from 1m60 or above, weight from 50 kg or above.

  • Age: Between 20 and 45 years old.

• Preferences: Priority will be given to workers who have prior overseas work experience.

• Health & Legal Status:

  • Must be in good overall health with good eyesight.

  • Free from illnesses and conditions such as Hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis, venereal diseases, or a medical history of brain/heart conditions, chronic illnesses, or bone and joint disorders.

  • No tattoos, no facial cosmetic alterations, and no criminal record or prior convictions.

  • Candidates who have previously been denied a European visa or deported from any European country are not eligible.

3. Working Conditions & Departure Fees

• Contract Term: 2 (two) years, with options for extension in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Basic Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Overtime hours will be calculated and paid according to labor laws.

• Airfare: The employer provides both outbound and return airfare upon successful completion of the contract when the worker returns home.

• Accommodation & Food:

  • Free housing/accommodation is arranged and provided for workers.

  • Food allowance: 38,000 HUF (approximately 130 USD) per month.

• Departure Fee: In accordance with Company regulations.

4. Interview Schedule, Required Documents & Deployment Timeline

• Interview Schedule: Online interviews will be conducted starting from March 1, 2021.

• Required Documents:

  • Original Passport (must have a remaining validity of more than 3 years).

  • Criminal Record Certificate No. 2 (Lý lịch tư pháp số 2).

  • Relevant diplomas, degrees, or certificates.

  • 8 color photos (4x6 cm) with a white background (candidates must wear dark-colored shirts).

  • Health examination results and personal profile records as guided by the company.

• Important Note: Workers must undergo preliminary medical screening for Hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, and pulmonary tuberculosis prior to taking part in the official interview phase.

• Expected Deployment: Approximately 4 months from the date the worker submits a complete and completed document file.

• Loan Support: The company provides a complete documentation package and detailed guidance to help workers complete bank loan procedures for labor export if they require financial assistance.
