Following the previous Vietnamese workers heading to Hungary for labor export, on the evening of June 25, NIBELC's worker delegation completed their documentation procedures and set off to begin their 2-year journey of working and contributing in Hungary.
Accompanying the delegation were the company officers in charge, along with friends and family members of the workers. Everyone experienced different moods and emotions, blending together in a bittersweet atmosphere filled with smiles, tears, and indispensable best wishes from friends and loved ones.
Following that, NIBELC company continues to complete procedures for the next flight groups, with one flight group departing each week, equivalent to nearly 100 workers exiting for Hungary and Poland every month.
In addition, NIBELC GROUP is also implementing diverse recruitment programs for labor export to Hungary and Poland, organizing online recruitment interviews daily. This meets the sudden surge in demand for labor supply for partners post-Covid. At the same time, it also provides abundant job opportunities for Vietnamese workers.
To receive the new workers, the partners in Hungary, together with Nibelc Manpower Kft, had previously made thorough preparations including dormitories, food, essential supplies, and safe isolation conditions for the arriving workers. The workers will live and reside in a modern, fully equipped dormitory that meets European standards.
