NOTICE OF RECRUITMENT FOR TECHNICAL INTERN TRAINEES TO JAPAN – 4TH COURSE

NIBELC International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company, holding License No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP for providing overseas employment services, newly renewed and issued by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs on 24 October 2012, is seeking to recruit technical intern trainees to Japan with the following details:

1. Recruitment Occupations and Salary / Income:

(After completing Phase 1 of the internship program (the first three months), trainees will receive the Phase 2 trainee salary and will be eligible for overtime pay.)

2. Recruitment Requirements

Male candidates aged 23–32 (born between 1981 and 1990; for candidates born in 1990, only those born from January to May are eligible), in good health, with good moral character and conduct. Applicants must not suffer from chronic or infectious diseases, syphilis, physical deformities, tattoos, Hepatitis A, B, or C, HIV/AIDS, or tuberculosis.

Candidates must undergo a medical examination and provide a health commitment before attending the preliminary screening. Applicants must have at least five years of experience related to the occupation for which they are applying.

3. Contract Duration

The internship period is three (3) years.

4. Trainee Benefits

• The employer will provide a return air ticket to Vietnam upon completion of the three-year internship program.
• The employer will provide insurance coverage and free medical care in accordance with Japanese law.
• The employer will arrange accommodation and daily transportation between the residence and workplace.
• Uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided free of charge.
• Working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days per week. Overtime work is available and paid in accordance with Japanese labor regulations. Trainees are also entitled to annual leave as prescribed by Japanese labor law.

5. Selection and Training Process

All applicants participating in the preliminary screening must complete and submit a Curriculum Vitae (CV) before 04 March 2013 for review by Japanese experts.

Required documents for initial submission include:

• Curriculum Vitae with photograph attached
• Birth Certificate
• Preliminary Medical Examination Certificate (including blood test results)

The preliminary screening consists of:

• Trade Skill Test (Practical Skills Assessment)
• Mathematics Test
• Physical Fitness Test

Japanese experts will conduct the screening directly. Applicants must bring their medical examination results and Identity Card when attending the preliminary screening.

Successful preliminary screening candidates are required to pay a deposit of USD 1,000 on the day of the preliminary test. This deposit will be deducted from the departure processing fee. Only candidates who pass the preliminary screening will be eligible to participate in the final selection test.

For candidates who pass the preliminary screening but are not selected during the final recruitment test, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Candidates who pass the final recruitment test but subsequently withdraw, fail the comprehensive medical examination, violate training regulations, or fail to achieve the required training standards during the training period will forfeit the deposit.
