NIBELC International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company, holding License No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP for the service of sending workers abroad, renewed and issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on October 24, 2012, is recruiting technical intern trainees to Japan with the following details:

1. Recruitment occupations and salary/income.

(After completing Phase 1 of the internship program (the first 3 months), trainees will receive the salary applicable to Phase 2 trainees, including overtime pay.)

2. Recruitment Requirements:

• Male applicants aged 20–32, with good health, good moral character, and good conduct. Applicants must not suffer from chronic or infectious diseases, syphilis, physical disabilities, tattoos, hepatitis A, B, or C, HIV/AIDS, or pulmonary tuberculosis. Candidates must undergo a health examination and provide a health commitment before attending the preliminary selection test.
• Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience related to the occupation for which they are applying.

3. Contract Period

• The internship/training period is 3 years.

4. Benefits for Trainees:

• The employer will provide a return air ticket upon completion of the 3-year internship period.
• The employer will provide insurance and free medical care in accordance with Japanese law.
• The employer will arrange accommodation and daily transportation to and from work.
• Free uniforms and personal protective equipment will be provided.
• Working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, with overtime opportunities and leave entitlements in accordance with Japanese labor law.

5. Recruitment and Training Process:

• All candidates participating in the preliminary selection must complete and submit their Curriculum Vitae (CV) before March 15, 2014, for prior review by Japanese specialists. Required documents for initial submission include: a résumé with photograph attached, birth certificate, and general health examination certificate.
• The preliminary selection examination includes vocational skills testing (practical trade skills), mathematics, and physical fitness assessment. Japanese specialists will directly conduct the evaluation. Applicants must bring their medical examination results and identity card when attending the preliminary selection.
• Training fees shall be applied in accordance with company regulations.

6. Japanese Language Training

Japanese language training will be conducted continuously at:

4th Floor, Rainbow Building, Lot 1B-CQ1, Van Quan New Urban Area, Ha Dong District, Hanoi.

Classes are held from Monday to Friday each week.
