NOTICE OF RECRUITMENT OF WORKERS TO WORK IN QATAR
International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company - NIBELC, holding a license for the service of sending workers to work abroad (newly renewed) No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on October 24, 2012, needs to recruit workers to work in QATAR for SAMSUNG Construction and Technology Group as follows:

2. Recruitment Requirements:
Male workers aged 22–45, in good health, with good moral character and conduct (not suffering from chronic diseases, infectious diseases, syphilis, no physical deformities, no tattoos, not infected with hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, or pulmonary tuberculosis). Candidates must undergo a medical examination before attending the recruitment test.
Applicants must possess the required qualifications and skills and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with overseas work experience.
3. Contract Duration
- The contract term is 02 years and may be extended depending on the employer’s requirements.
4. Employee Benefits:
- Provided with air tickets from Vietnam to Qatar and from Qatar back to Vietnam upon completion of the employment contract.
- The employer provides insurance and free medical care in accordance with Qatar Labor Law.
- The employer provides 03 meals per day, accommodation, and daily transportation to and from work. Uniforms and personal protective equipment are provided free of charge.
5. Costs:
- The specific salary will be determined and adjusted based on the worker’s skill level during the recruitment test, and the service fee will be adjusted accordingly based on the basic salary.
- The above costs do not include translation fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, and short-term vocational training prior to departure.
- Successful candidates are required to make a deposit of VND 5,000,000, which will be deducted from the departure fee.
6. Recruitment Schedule:
- Tentatively scheduled for April 10, 2013 (notification will be given 3 days in advance).

High-Tech Welding Training Center – Dong Anh, Hanoi.
