International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company - NIBELC, as the construction contractor for Son Duong Port in Vung Ang Industrial Zone, Ha Tinh, needs to recruit operators to work at the port and quarry with the following details:

2. Recruitment Requirements:
- Male workers aged 20–45, in good health, with good moral character and conduct. Candidates must undergo a medical examination before attending the recruitment test. Relevant experience related to the occupation being applied for is required. Applicants must bring diplomas, certificates, and documents verifying work experience.
- Contract Duration: 1–3 years, depending on work attitude and skill level.
3. Employee Benefits:
- Employer: NIBELC Company.
- Employees are provided with insurance by NIBELC Company and receive free medical care in accordance with Vietnamese labor law. Uniforms and personal protective equipment are provided free of charge.
- The company provides meals, accommodation, and daily transportation to and from the workplace.
- Working hours: 260 hours per month.
4. Costs:
No recruitment fee is charged. A contract performance deposit of VND 10,000,000 is required and will be refunded upon completion of the employment contract.
